Meet the Team

Adrienne Peddicord

President & CEO

Adrienne is from Northern Kentucky and enjoyed growing up in a small town. She played all kinds of sports as a kid including diving and swimming, but soccer and gymnastics were her favorite. She graduated from the University of Louisville where she studied dental hygiene and then went on to the University of Cincinnati where she studied Sonography/OBGYN. Adrienne’s career first started in the medical field first working for an OBGYN and then went on to manage a medical imaging facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In 2017, Adrienne came across the opportunity to grow and develop within the sales and marketing field. It was her work ethic and ambition that helped her move into a leadership role within her first year at the company. Adrienne’s favorite part about working at Trig Inc. is developing and coaching others. When she’s not spending time with the team she’s with her fur babies, Bryson Alan (a 12 year old Corgi/Jack Russell) and Nellie Lou (a 1 year old Boxer).

Cameron Wheeler

Human Resources

Cameron was born and raised in Marysville, Ohio. Following high school, he attended The Columbus Culinary Institute where he graduated Cum Laude with perfect attendance. What brought him to Trig was the culture. He says “My coworkers really feel like my family and I have a place where I can grow in my career and in my personal life as well.” One accomplishment he is most proud of is when he helped open a restaurant in the Short North where he created new menu items and helped improve/remake old ones. Outside of work, he teaches high school drumline, specializing in melodic percussion, and loves to cook for his friends and family.

Peter Tront

Market Manager

Peter Tront is originally from New Jersey. Peter obtained his bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and his master’s degree from Wright State University. Peter has worked alongside the Trig team since 2019 and enjoys being a part of a company where he can control his growth and dictate the pace of his advancement.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys boating, golfing, riding motorcycles, and cooking.

Jay Zook

Market Manager

Jay is an Ohio native, born and raised in Dublin. After high school, he served in the United States Air Force, focusing on the medical field. Jay joined the Trig team because he has a passion for people, and is looking to expand his outreach to be a positive influence on others. He hopes to one day become a life coach and use what he has learned through life to impact others. When he’s not at work, you can find him in the gym, playing or creating music, and occasionally drawing. Jay loves to experience new things, and he has plans to do some traveling in the future.

Ali Mesum

Corporate Trainer

Ali is originally from Lahore, Pakistan, and grew up in Dubai where he lived for ten years. After he completed high school, he attended Asia Pacific University in Malaysia to complete his degree in Software Engineering. Currently, he is pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science online from Taylor’s University in Malaysia. When he learned about the Trig team, he was excited about the potential for growth, the amount of training provided, and the experience in sales and marketing he could gain. Outside of work, he likes to play soccer, cricket, and tennis and loves socializing with friends and colleagues.

Samantha Montgomery

Recruiter

Samantha is originally from Lancaster Ohio. After high school, Sam worked in the pet grooming industry for a few years. Since there was not much room for growth in her industry, she began looking for a company with better opportunities and found Trig. She’s most excited about the various growth opportunities, and the management training program the firm offers. Outside of work, Sam spends most of her time with her dog Moose, taking him on adventures and having goofy photo shoots.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys boating, golfing, riding motorcycles, and cooking.

Javier Gonzalez

Corporate Trainer

Javier is originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico he later moved to Miami, Florida, where he spent most of his youth and teenage years. After graduating from high school, and starting a family, he moved to Ohio.

Javier got involved in the cellular communications industry while in Miami and has been in the industry for over two decades. He continued his communications career in Ohio, where he owned and operated several telecommunications retail locations.

Javier became interested in Trig after finding out about the opportunities and growth the company had to offer. The culture and energy at Trig is one of the best Javier has ever encountered in his professional career. He loves that the company President is genuinely invested in helping everyone, with not only their professional growth but also their personal growth.

Outside of work, Javier enjoys spending time with his family several times a week, and at church on Sunday. He enjoys playing board games and singing karaoke with friends and family as well.
