At Trig, Inc. we train and develop people based on the 5 keys to success: Having a great attitude, always having a student mentality, maintaining a great work ethic, while working with both integrity and professionalism. Our goal is to take someone at entry-level and develop them into a leadership role within the organization.

We take great pride in our wonderful support system and daily coaching that allows individuals to grow both personally and professionally. As each member starts in our Entry-Level Brand Ambassador Role, over 8-12 months they will work and develop into an Executive Director which will give them the opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest brands in the nation.

We are interested in recent graduates, interns, military, sports-minded, and all motivated and goal-oriented, hard-working individuals.

The entry-level Brand Ambassador training covers energy industry product knowledge, customer acquisition and retention, communication, learning systems, following processes to bring quality to the customer and client, and relationship building. We believe in rewarding people for their hard work so we are performance-based, we only hire from within and have no seniority.
