What is the work schedule like?

Trig, Inc. uses a consistent, structured schedule to support training and development. New team members begin on a Thursday–Monday schedule to ensure they have the support, coaching, and customer flow needed to learn the role successfully.

As individuals gain experience and demonstrate consistent performance, more scheduling flexibility becomes available. Team members who meet specific performance benchmarks may transition to a Monday–Friday schedule.

How do leads work?

Is travel reimbursed?
