Adrienne
President & CEO
Adrienne is from Northern Kentucky and enjoyed growing up in a small town. She played all kinds of sports as a kid including diving and swimming, but soccer and gymnastics were her favorite. She graduated from the University of Louisville where she studied dental hygiene and then went on to the University of Cincinnati, where she studied Sonography/OBGYN.
Adrienne’s career first started in the medical field first working for an OBGYN and then went on to manage a medical imaging facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In 2017, Adrienne came across the opportunity to grow and develop within the sales and marketing field. It was her work ethic and ambition that helped her move into a leadership role within her first year at the company. Adrienne’s favorite part about working at Trig Inc. is developing and coaching others.
When she’s not spending time with the team, she’s with her fur babies, Bryson Alan (a 12-year-old Corgi/Jack Russell) and Nellie Lou (a 1-year-old Boxer).

Peter
Market Manager
Peter is originally from New Jersey. Peter obtained his bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and his master’s degree from Wright State University.
Peter has worked alongside the Trig team since 2019 and enjoys being a part of a company where he can control his growth and dictate the pace of his advancement.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys boating, golfing, riding motorcycles, and cooking.
Everette
Corporate Trainer
Everette was born and raised on the south side of Columbus. There, he grew up loving family and football. After high school, he attended Wright State University, where he studied business. That led him to many business management opportunities.
When he came across Trig, he was interested in the opportunities for professional and personal growth. He is excited to be a part of a rapidly growing and expanding team, to support others as they grow professionally, and ultimately help lead market expansion.
Ana
Brand Ambassador
Originally from Guatemala, Ana spent her childhood in Pittsburgh before moving to Ohio for college, where she studied multimedia and minored in psychology at the University of Cincinnati. With a strong creative foundation and an eagerness to keep learning, she launched her own freelance photography business before joining Trig — an achievement she’s especially proud of.
Ana came to Trig seeking greater opportunity, mentorship, and a clear path for personal and professional growth. She is motivated by the chance to contribute to the company’s expansion while continuing to build new skills and her experience.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and spending time with friends. She approaches every new challenge with curiosity and enthusiasm, and she looks forward to a future that includes growing her photography business, opening a coffee shop, and creating a welcoming group home for foster youth.

If you had to describe your work ethic using an animal, which one would it be?
A horse because they embody loyalty, intelligence, and strength. Horses are unique in their powerful ability to bond with and understand other beings. They are strong, hard-working animals that are often quiet but hard to miss.
Jay
Brand Ambassador
Jay was born and raised in Ohio, growing up in Columbus before studying business management at Gaston College. He joined Trig in search of real opportunity — a place where he could grow, challenge himself, and build a foundation for becoming a business owner in the future.
At Trig, Jay is driven by the personal development, mentorship, and hands-on experience the role provides. He values the chance to sharpen his skills each day and contribute to a team focused on growth and long-term success.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys watching sports and playing video games, and he appreciates any chance to unwind and reset while staying connected to what he loves.

Amanda
Brand Ambassador
Amanda grew up in Dayton, Ohio, where she studied Nursing and American Sign Language before transitioning into the retail industry. She began working in grocery retail at just 14 years old and continued building her experience there through August of last year.
After taking some time to reset, Amanda realized how much she valued being part of a team-oriented work environment. While exploring new opportunities, she came across Trig and was drawn to the company’s growth potential and supportive culture.
Since joining the team, Amanda has been especially excited about the development opportunities and the strong sense of belonging within the organization. She values the way the team works to ensure each person feels supported and positioned to succeed.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys painting, drawing, and spending quality time with her loved ones and animals.
